Condominium Information

Our condominium community was finished being built in 1972. We incorporated as an association on December 8, 1972. We became an official community and association when the developer turned the community over to the Board of Directors and the management company in February 1973.

We have 64 homes in our community. Each building contains four homes, and we have 16 buildings. We have two bedroom homes and three bedroom homes. The smaller two bedroom homes have 899 square feet, and the larger two bedroom homes have 1,152 square feet, and our three bedroom homes are 1,278 square feet. Each home comes with an assigned carport space for parking. Off street parking is available for guests and visitors.

Ambassador Park North Condominium has a swimming pool, a clubhouse and common areas. The clubhouse is available for rental by homeowners only.

Assessment Fees:
Our association is funded through mandatory assessment fees that is paid by all homeowners.

The assessment fees cover the following:
-Common Area Upkeep
-Exterior Building Maintenance and Repairs
-Insurance for Building Exteriors and Common Areas
-Lawn care and Landscaping
-Snow Plowing and Removal
-Water and Sewer- the assessment covers a portion of water and sewer and the owners pay an additional water bill for their home
-Asphalt for Roads
-Carport Repairs
-Trash

Our assessments are calculated for the year but is paid each month. We have two-bedroom and three- bedrooms homes. Assessments are due on the 1st of each month. A late fee will be charged for any payment received after the 15th of the month. Our late fee is $25.00 Delinquent accounts are turned over to the attorney for collections.
